The Power of Network Marketing
The Fastest Path To Success in Network Marketing
Published on Apr 19, 2016
Everyone would love to go full-time in Network Marketing, everyone would love to enjoy the financial and personal freedom that network marketing provides, but how does one do that? And what is the fastest way to success? In this week’s 20-minute show, Eric Worre, takes us behind closed doors and gives the key to success in Network Marketing.
The fastest way to success is to improve the people that you’re spending time with. By that, Eric explains, hang around and associate with people who are a positive influence and can help you go where you want to go in life. To quote Jim Rohn, “You become the average of the five people you spend the most time with.” You will generally think how they think, go where they go, do what they do, your interests are gonna be similar, and your ambitions are gonna be similar. But if you are hanging around lazy, unmotivated, negative people, they will drag you down with them. So find people who are a positive influence on you and will help you grow your business.
As Eric further explains, if you don’t know how to recruit very well, or you’re insecure in recruiting, the fastest way to become a good recruiter, is to find people who are great recruiters, and listen to those people. Same applies in other areas, such as, if you’re not good at doing presentations, find a way to develop relationships and friendships with people who are doing great presentations. This works in all categories of building your network marketing business.
In the video Eric tells us of being a very young man and he wanted to learn and grow, so he absorbed every motivational, business building audiocassette he could get his hands on. He listened to all the greats. He even drove hours around the country, sleeping in his car, just so he could shadow people that he admired in the Network Marketing business, just to listen when they spoke. He did everything he could, not only did he listen, shadow and absorb every word, but by working on his inner mental game, he found a way to bring value to a conversation with people much more successful than him, thereby earning his way into their “group”.
Eric explains that this type of transformation begins in your mind, but you also have to limit your association to negative people, or negative situations. But mostly you need to focus on expanding your association with positive influences and surround yourself with greatness, and the little negative things will slowly fade away... Some of Eric’s early mentors he never met, but they mentored him through video, audio, and books, and you can build associations just like that also. Feed your mind and surround yourself with people who have done what you aspire to do, is the fastest path to success in Network Marketing.

Million Dollar Interview with Cedrick Harris
Published on Apr 15, 2016
Join Eric Worre and Million Dollar earner Cedrick Harris for an insightful interview and behind the scenes look at what propelled Cedrick Harris to the high level of success he is living today. Cedrick is an engaging and highly-motivated man who became an entreprenuer early in life. His story begins by him telling us of his humble beginnings, and of him being a 15 year old young man who was selling candy out of a duffle bag to his school mates. His success was short-lived however since the assistant principal shut down his candy operation. But driven by his hunger to make money, and also his need to make money, Cedrick went on to selling men’s clothing in a department store… however, it was also during this time that Cedrick got mixed up with the wrong type of “sales people”, and got caught. It was a life changing moment for him when a judge ordered that he attend a “boot camp” program in lieu of jail time. This boot camp program instilled discipline into the already motivated Cedrick and he came out of the program a changed man.
As Cedrick digs deeper into his personal story, he tells of how he first became involved in Network Marketing through a now defunct company called Excel Telecommunications, and then went on to a very successful VA mortgage business. This was during the time when interest rates were incredibly low, and closing deals came incredibly easy to Cedrick and he was quickly promoted to management. Cedrick had his first 7-figure year by the young age of 27. However, that industry started to dry up and Cedrick soon went on his way to new adventures and streams of income. This all led him back to Network Marketing, and his on-going success.
As Cedrick reveals in this interview, he is a driven man. He tells us that every morning that he wakes up “starving”. And by starving, he means that no matter the level of success he is at, he constantly striving to do, see and be more. His advice is, “Wake up and act as if your down line doesn’t exist. It’s great that it does, but wake up and act like it doesn’t exist because if you are co-dependent on it existing, then you might become complacent.” To him, this profession isn’t work, because works is something you do when you’d rather be doing something else. This isn’t work to him, he loves what he does and why he does it.
At the end of the interview Eric asks Cedrick to give advice to anyone who aspires to go pro in network marketing, and the answer is a very thought-provoking 3-part answer. His advice is: Number one, you’ve got to get out of your own way. Get your head in positive mental shape and go for it; number two is find a mentor. Find someone who has done what you aspire to do, and follow them “like a tick on a dog’s back.” And number three is to immerse yourself into personal development. No matter what you’re selling, it’s personal development with a product attached to it, so develop your mind just like you would any other skill set that you need to be successful.
In conclusion, as Eric Worre suggests, watch this interview a couple more times, take some notes, and put together a little game plan to go out there and make your life what it should be and can be!

★★★ BIG 10 IDEAS ★★★
The real thing that will make you rich is your mindset. Focus on modeling how successful people think. Thoughts ARE things.
Want it bad enough - it becomes an obsession. "Burn the ships" mentality video: https://youtu.be/6NjEC03ia6I BILL GATES: 10 years in cubicle grinding it out - no one shows this. STEVE HARVY: Homeless sleeping in his car driving to gigs that paid $50 - gas was $30.
Fake it till you make it advice: “Dress for job you want, not job you have” BETTER ADVICE: Act as IF. Get this into your MIND! Think AS IF it has already happened.

EXAMPLE: Travel SEA. First step? Save money - buy ticket - research lonely planet - all separate goals break into smallest step. Our brain built for milestones! check lists / to do boxes
LAST THING: My mentor tells me: Clark, NEVER leave site of setting a goal without doing something twoards it’s attainment. Take the FIRST step NOW. Literally buy a program online - sign up for gym today - buy book online - etc.

Network Marketing Training
Employee v. Entrepreneur
Published on Sep 6, 2016
In this week’s training video, Eric Worre pushes entrepreneurs to let go of the word “need” and instead take on self-independence. As one of Eric’s mentors, Jim Rohn, once said, “Life doesn’t respond to need. Life responds to deserve.” Not many people want to admit that they are dependent upon something or need someone in order to find true success. The future and the now depend on entrepreneurs to be different and most importantly to think different.
Work harder on deserving something than needing something all the time. Eric uncovers the truth that many people are very needy in network marketing. They need someone to tell them what training and support to get to grow their business. They need constant support from their upline. Needing is an employee’s mindset, not an entrepreneur mindset. Snap out of the employee’s mindset and make things happen for you and your business. Get fired up!
Eric tells us to say, “Listen. I don’t need you, I’m already going to make it happen on my own. I might call on you as a resource, but if you’re not available, you’re not an excuse for my lack of achievement.” Become the self-starter that you know you are. Do not rely on your upline or your downline to create success. Set goals, seek more training, seek the knowledge on your own to become successful and lastly seek out great mentors. Spring into action, take initiative in your own life and do not wait for permission to find it. You don’t “need” permission. Be the person that creates success through hard work. You deserve the best to be the best.
Eric encourages every person to enable the word strong. Strong is confidence and confidence is attractive. Be someone that deserves, not someone who needs. It’s time to walk away from the employee mindset and start thinking like a true successful entrepreneur who will create it when it doesn’t exist. No problem is ever too big when you have the capability of changing your mindset.
